Participants in forex margin trading may be exposed to various risks, including but not limited to changes in political conditions, economic factors, acts of nature, and other events that can significantly impact the price or availability of one or more foreign currencies.

Engaging in speculative trading is a challenging endeavor, even for individuals with market experience and an understanding of the associated risks. It is essential to use only funds that one can afford to allocate to high-risk investments. These should be funds that, if lost, would not adversely affect the person’s standard of living or financial well-being.

For individuals who have primarily engaged in conservative forms of investment in the past, forex trading might not be suitable. Clients must comprehend that there is a possibility of a total loss of all deposited funds if the market moves against their positions.

Other Risks
Trade Market Limited does not and cannot guarantee the initial capital or value of a client’s portfolio at any given time, nor can it guarantee the outcome of any investments made in financial instruments.

Clients must fully acknowledge and accept the significant risk of incurring losses and damages resulting from the purchase and/or sale of any Financial Instrument. By engaging in trading, clients declare their willingness to undertake such risks.

Clients should refrain from investing in any Financial Instruments directly or indirectly unless they fully understand the associated risks for each of these instruments.

Web Trading Risks
Internet-based trading carries specific risks due to its nature. These risks may include, but are not limited to, hardware or software failures and internet connection issues. As Trade Market Limited does not control internet providers, their equipment, internet connection speed, or reliability, we cannot be held responsible for communication failures, distortions, or delays when trading via the Internet.

Software Risks
Trading software employs a sophisticated order entry and tracking system. Trade Market Limited endeavors to execute trades at the requested prices. However, internet trading, despite its convenience and efficiency, does not necessarily reduce the risks inherent in currency trading. All quotes and trades are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Client Agreement.
